Yes, we regularly export to customers around the world, with every piece securely packed in wooden crates for international freight.

Do you handle both retail and bulk/wholesale orders?

Both. We supply single pieces for individual customers as well as bulk orders for hotels, restaurants, interior projects, and wholesale buyers/resellers. For easier retail ordering, you can also shop directly through our Etsy store.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No minimum order. We accept orders starting from 1 piece, whether for personal use, a single project, or a full container for wholesale.

How can I get a price quote?

Send us the product you’re interested in, your quantity, and destination country via WhatsApp or the form above, and we’ll get back to you with a quote and shipping estimate.

Can I do my own design?

Yes, just share your idea with us, whether it’s a sketch, drawing, or reference photo, via WhatsApp or the form above, and our team will discuss the details with you.

What if the item is damaged during shipping?

We pack every product very securely using wooden crates. If your item is still damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help find a solution right away.

Is the material pure copper or a mixed alloy?

We use genuine, solid copper and brass, never copper-plated metal or low-grade alloys, chosen to suit the needs and type of each product.

What payment methods are available for international orders?

For custom and export orders, we accept PayPal or direct bank transfer/Wise. You’re also welcome to order through our Etsy store, which has its own secure checkout.
